SUCKLING PIG BRAISED AT LOW TEMPERATURE
The suckling pig is cooked at a low temperature adding a very pleasant texture to the palate, finally giving it a smoky touch in our wood-fired oven, served with its own sauce, accompanied by Murro potatoes and grilled spinach.
DESSERT DUO
“La Torrija de la Abuela” served with vanilla ice cream and a reduction of orange juice.
